一、招聘教师类型
学术类教师：以科研工作为主。
专业类教师：以专业课教学工作为主。
语言类教师：以语言知识和技能教学工作为主。
二、招聘基本条件
1、遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律法规，尊重中华民族的风俗习惯；在其原居住国家或地区无法律纠纷，无犯罪记录；具有良好的师德师风和学术道德表现。
2、身体健康，年龄一般在50周岁以下；语言类教师的年龄可以适当放宽。
3、学术类和专业类教师须具有博士学位和相关专业工作经历。优先聘请在国际知名大学、科研机构担任助理教授及以上职位的教师。
4、语言类教师须具有学士及以上学位，受过语言教学的专门训练并具有2年以上高校教学经历。

Basic Requirements for Applicants:
1. Abide by the constitution, laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China; respect the habits and customs of the nation. No previous legal disputes in the original residence country; no criminal records. Good professional ethics and academic morality are required.
2. Under 50 years old in general and in good health.
3. Scientific-researchers and Academic course-teaching lecturers should hold a doctorate degree and related working experiences. Associate professors or professors of higher positions associated with prestigious universities and research institutions are preferred.
4. Language-teaching lecturers should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
